About Me

I have always considered myself a spiritual person. For me this meant I believed in something bigger than myself, and whether it was called God, Source, Universe, Allah, Buddha, Jesus…it was all referring to the same thing...and it all stemmed from LOVE.

My childhood seemed normal from the outside, yet it was filled with trauma. I didn’t realize how much trauma I experienced until well into my adulthood. I also didn’t realize that I’m an empath and was taking on a lot of energy that was not mine. I was constantly striving for “perfection” and feeling I was never good enough. My entire identity was wrapped up in achieving my goal of becoming an international opera singer. I also had extreme performance anxiety, which made it really difficult to achieve that goal! I finally made some important realizations. One was that all of my anxiety and perfectionism stemmed from feelings of being unworthy. The other was that I was much more than just a singer (although singing is still a very important part of my life.)

I went on a journey to rediscover myself. During this journey, I learned how to love myself and how to have compassion for myself. I learned how to let go of old programming that told me I was unworthy. Once I was able to shift my perspective, suddenly my spiritual gifts opened up. I could feel energy around me and within me. I started experiencing synchronicities and messages from the angels. To be honest, I wasn’t even sure I believed in angels. I now believe that angels are around all of us, regardless of whether we believe in them or not. They are here to help guide us, and to help us return to LOVE.

I felt called to use these gifts to help others. If we can heal ourselves, we can learn how to live from love rather than fear. When we live from love, we realize we are all connected to each other, as well as to everything that exists on this earth. We act from a place of understanding the greater good, rather than coming solely from our ego. We live a life filled with greater peace, presence, and joy!

The Mind, Body, Spirit Connection

I believe as humans we consist of body, mind, and spirit. These three elements are interconnected. I work with the spirit and the energetic body. When it comes to physical ailments, my work can positively influence what is going on within the physical body because of this interconnectedness. However, I’m not a doctor and physical ailments should always be addressed with a medical doctor. I can work in conjunction with your medical doctor, which can result in a more rapid healing process. I am also not a therapist, so if you need to work through traumas, depression, anxiety or anything else related to psychology, I recommend working with a good therapist in conjunction with our energy work.

My work is aimed at getting your energy flowing freely through your body, as well as providing any messages from your spirit team. They often provide suggestions on ways to help the healing process, which I will share during our session. I believe having our energy flowing freely through us is a part of our overall health. It is something not discussed in everyday Western society, yet many cultures have worked with energy for centuries.
